Can't activate

Postby rmatchett on Wed Dec 17, 2008 9:56 pm

I have been trying to activate the forwarding. I received the email stating the account is active. I've been trying to forward the hotmail account to another email but under the manage emails tab, it says, next to the email I am trying to forward to, active "no". So how do I activate so the forwarding can start? I also paid for the premier account. Please help. Thanks

Hello,

Activating your account and activating emails in the "Add Emails" section are two different things. When you add an email in the "Add Emails" section, you will receive an email to that account with a link to validate it. If you have not received an email to it, simply remove it from the Add Emails section and add it again. If you require further help, please let me know.

Thank you

I'm pretty sure I did that and I received the email stating to click on the link to validate or activate and I did that and it says I'm activated but the emails are not forwarding from the hotmail account to the other email. Also yesterday when I tried once again to delete the email and re-submit, when I delete it the screen just goes white but the email address is not deleted. Would sure like to get this working because the hotmail account is just flooded with junk and spam and I want to get it forwarded. Thank you for your prompt response and I look forward to getting this taken care of.

Sorry for the trouble you have been facing and the delayed response. I went ahead and manually activated your email account. You should be all set now.
