Hotmail Forwarder

I changed password on my hotmail account. When trying to add the account again I receive this error:

"There was an error logging in. Please make sure that you are using Windows Live Mail. If not, please log in to Hotmail, and enable it."

I understand I should enable Windows Live Mail but how do I do it?

Please log into your hotmail account, and make sure that you can directly access your inbox, without clicking any messages or notifications. Are you using a hotmal account from a different region, or a language other than english? Please let me know that information so that I can further assist you. Also please submit a bug report in your Account Management.

I get the message "There was an error fetching your contact list. Please make sure that you are using Windows Live Mail. If not, please log in to Hotmail, and enable it.
However, your hotmail account was successfully added." when I add my hotmail account. When I check my hotmail email at hotmail.com it says Windows Live in the top left corner. Is there something else I have to do? I was logged in to hotmail when I added the account.

There is nothing else you have to do, if you notice the message says "However, your hotmail account was successfully added." This message may appear for some Hotmail accounts, however it in no way affects your forwarding. Your account should be set up properly now.
